Lift a Cube Recommended Strength: What the Readout Means
How to read each cube's Recommended Strength figure, what happens on attempts above and below it, and how to decide between attempting the lift or training more.
Every cube on the map shows its weight in kilograms alongside a Recommended Strength figure, and the safest reading is: meet or beat the number and the lift should go smoothly, fall well short and the attempt will likely fail. Most evidence treats the recommendation as an effective gate, but one recorded lift succeeded slightly below the displayed value, so treat it as a strong planning signal rather than a confirmed hard lock. Also note the kg readout above cubes is a separate flavor/weight indicator — the recommendation, not the weight, is what relates to the Strength gate.
Where the Recommended Strength readout appears and what it shows
Approaching a cube triggers a LIFT prompt that starts a bar minigame. When your Strength meets or beats the recommendation, the minigame is easy — the icon races across the bar with barely any input. Recommendations climb as you move deeper along the route: observed examples include 61 on the Stone Cube, 206 on the Copper Cube, 582–583 on the Ice Cube, and the final Genesis Cube is described at 1.4 billion recommended.

These recorded attempts all succeeded without difficulty once Strength reached or exceeded the displayed number.
Attempts below the recommendation
Currently inconsistent information makes this boundary unresolved. Written guides describe falling short as the cube not leaving the ground at all — the lift prompt may appear, but the bar refuses to move. However, a gameplay capture records a successful lift at roughly 54 Strength against a 59 recommendation. Separately, an informal autoclicker attempt on a cube showing 37 million recommended failed even with rapid clicking. No controlled, repeated testing settles the question, so treat the 54-vs-59 success as a single observed exception, not a reliable tolerance window.
What failed attempts look like on screen:
- The LIFT prompt appears, but the bar icon will not move to the end.
- A cube that shakes but does not lift means you are close.
- A cube that does not move at all means a wide shortfall.
- A stalled kg readout across several lifts can indicate you are attempting a cube above your current Strength (or that your arm tier or chest multiplier doesn't sustain Strength between lifts).
Deciding between attempting the lift and training more
- Read the cube's Recommended Strength and compare it with your current Strength stat before walking out. If you cannot meet it, bank push-ups first.
- Stay at the training spot until your Strength visibly exceeds the next cube's requirement, then walk out and lift once.
- Use failure cues as feedback: a cube that shakes but does not lift means you are close — a short grind closes the gap. A cube that does not move at all means return to training.
- Target the lightest cube you can reach within a reasonable walk; skipping ahead costs more time waiting for Strength than the payout saves.
- Treat fixed numbers as planning aids, not hard gates. Patches and material multipliers can shift effective Strength by 2x–5x, so recheck the recommendation in-game before committing to a grind.
The developer publishes no official thresholds, and all values here come from in-game displays and community play, so verify the displayed recommendation on the cube in front of you before deciding to train or lift.
